Allen County Chess League

November 19 from 9:30-11:30 in Room 2

Any student interested in learning and playing chess is welcome to join. The league meets the third Saturday of every month during the school year. Parents, grandparents and friends are welcome to stay, learn and play. Geared for kids in grades 2-12. Open to all.

Turkey Time!

Storybook Cinema

Join ‘that willy nilly silly old bear’ and all his friends for some adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood!  All ages welcome. (60 mins.)

Family Scavenger Hunt

November 28 @ 6 p.m. 

Need something fun to do as a family? Join us for Library scavenger hunt.  We will meet in the Youth Services Story Time room. Ages: Preschool-6th Grade. Registration begins on November 21.

New to the Internet and would like to learn more? Stop by our Basic Internet class. This is a very basic class for beginners. Meet us in the Memorial Book Room at 6 pm. Call the Ask Here desk with any questions.

Have a question about computers, e-readers, or smartphones? Bring your queries to one of our Reference Librarians in the Memorial Book Room. (This is not a formal class but a drop-in Q&A.)

Home Health will be in the Memorial Book Room from 11am-1pm Wednesday, November 9th offering free blood pressure screenings to the public.  No registration is required.
