Family Movie Night: Finding Nemo

Bring your dinner, snacks and blankets and join us for a movie on the big screen! Celebrate the beginning of Nemo and Dory’s adventure with the original movie. All ages welcome. No registration required.

Is it the end of the road for an old friend? The Walkerville School District’s Vehicle Maintenance Inspector, Mr. Junkett, is about to condemn the Magic School Bus! Can Ms. Frizzle’s class save the day and the Bus? Registration begins on July 11.

Track and Field Day

July 19 @ 2:30 p.m.  Outside Parking Lot

Get ready to run, jump, and have fun with exciting track and field activities! If raining we will play board games in the Auditorium. Registration begins July 12.

July 22 @ 10AM

Outside Behind the Garage

On your mark . . . get set . . . PLAY!  Join the naturalist staff of the Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District to learn about and play games just like the pioneer children did in the 1800’s.  These enjoyable activities will be appropriate for children ages five and up. If raining event will be moved inside to the Auditorium. No registration required.

Be prepared to get wet playing some fun water games! For children in grades        K-6th. If raining we will be playing board games in the Auditorium.
