The Library is Open

Lima Public Library is open for in-person service. Before you visit, please take a moment to review our current guidelines. 

  • Maintain physical distancing; masks are encouraged. 

  • Browse for your next favorite read, or film. 

  • Do not re-shelve items you don’t want to take home. 

  • Pick up holds in the library, or through our curbside service. 

    • To pick up holds via curbside service, park near the main entrance, and call 567-712-5239 when you arrive. We will bring your items to you.  

  • Overdue items are currently fine-free. 

  • All returned items are quarantined for 24 hours before being checked in. 

  • An adult should accompany children under age 16. 

  • Library staff are available to answer questions and help you. 

  • Computers are available for one 90-minute session per day. 

  • Study rooms are available upon request. Occupancy is limited to one person per room.
